8200 45nm intel core 2 duo CPU ( Overclocked @ 4.2ghz )
8800gts 320mb Nvidia graphics card @ 1860 - 1050
4gb of overclocked dual channel...

Fixed it, Didnt have to change a thing, just...

Fixed it, Didnt have to change a thing, just turned of vertical sync, :P

I now have 82fps in Shat while frapsing. Not bad
