WMV Compression

Hi,

I need an app that will be able to compress/encode a video in WMV file. I use Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 which doesn't seem to give the option >.<

Well anyway, I need to either compress/encode it...

Adobe Premiere 2.0 encoding

I fiddled around with all the different formats that were available (DV-NTSC, DV-PAL, etc..) with a resolution of 720x540(I think) and the final product has awful quality, full screen and in 720x540....

Erm... what would be the ideal format with this app? Something with a small file size, and a good enough quality. I was trying DV- NTSC, and the quality wasn't so good in full screen =S

I notice that in 1152x1024, just a scene that lasts about 3 mins has 2600 frames, it says 1hour for the whole exporting. I need to compress it afterwards?

OHHHHH....

I was using a very small resolution apparently, and my video recording was like 1600x1200 xD. Trying the other resolutions, 1024x768, 1152x1024...
