Just be patient and it'll eventually say: Completed.

Hmm change your properties to match the resolution of the original clips your making.
Then add black borders to the clips you want subtitles for.

That should work out better.

Just be sure you don't fraps in windowed mode, since that really gimps your fps while recording.

I record in fullscreen on a shitty laptop at a constant 60 fps aswell.
And it works fine.
