I have been for few hours now, been looking for some voice over effects.
by that I mean effects like "Target acquired" etc etc, like Army radio commands, with the voice and all. But where can i get a hold of it?
I could do it myself, but having a soar throat and not the perfect mic, would make it bad.
Any tips?
