[need advice]Really low fps when fullsize frapsing

So, when I'm frapsing at half size, I've got no problem even on 60fps. The fps doesnt fall under 60 at all, but when I change fraps to record at full size, I instantly fall to 10-12 fps.

I know that 1680 x 1050 is a little high resolution for frapsing in full size but I am seriously disappointed with the fps.
I have no idea why isn't my hardware pushing more fps, and after a few hours spent by googling back and forth for fraps advices, I am no wiser than before.

My setup :
CPU : INTEL Core 2 Duo E8400 - 3,00GHz, 1333MHz FSB, 6MB cache, Penryn, overclocked to 3600, with Noctua NH-u12p cooler
RAM : 4GB (KIT 2x2GB) DDR2 800MHz PC6400 EPP A-DATA Gamers Edition RETAIL BOX Dualchannel
GPU : ASUS ENGTX260/HTDP, 896MB DDR3 (1998MHz), NVIDIA GeForce GTX260 (576MHz), PCIe x16, SLi, 2xDVI
HDD : Samsung SpinPoint F1 640GB, SATA II NCQ, 16MB cache, 7200ot., 8.9ms, HD642JJ

I'm not at home atm so I cannot screen my fraps settings but I will be thankful for any advice with what I am doing wrong
