There are quite a few sites. However I've only found one which seems to be good. However, it seems to be pretty outdated. So there won't be any good templates for the newer classes (Assasin got a few and so does ritualist, Dervish got none and Paragon got one, which sucks).

I know of another site. On that site you post on that forum tho, so the specs won't really be rated by how good they are. Guild Wars Guru, just go to the forums and then to the PvP ones for the class you want to know about.
