Resolution should be what you use ingame.
FPS should be set at the same amount you record with.
Pixel Aspect should be 1.
Leave the Motion Blur on default.
Put the Interlace method to "nothing", your recording a game, not with a cam recorder.
Put Bit-Rate to 4500.
