For many times I have come across some old movies which are rated high but have broken links that leads to the frustrating page : "Page cannot be found!"
A 'Report Dead Link' button can solve the problem. If you come across a movie with a broken link you can report it to the mods, then they can put a marker beside it (a red '
B' perhaps) and can notify the author. If the author doesn't fix it in a set period of time, then the movie gets deleted, keeping the database clean of useless un-downloadable movies.
