It's more of a general thing I've noticed - but the h264 codec is without doubt good, though it's also somewhat more tricky to get to work - added that it doens't always play unless you've got the right codecs installed or a VLC player, you will risk limiting your audience dramatically to the hardcore viewers who will bother spending time figuring it out - at least that's my experience
