What ISP are you with? Do you have any firewalls? Does your ISP have firewalls on their end that could possibly be limiting access to us (note: it is required you call them to know this information)? What time of day is this happening, we need specifics including times and date (every hour of the day doesn't count, please tell us when you are downloading)? What type of connection is it, DSL, cable, OC3? Are you behind a router or are on a college campus?
