I keep trying to watch the movies in the high quality stream and it is constantly telling me to updgrade my adobe flash. I have done this numerous times and restarted my browser etc but the stream is still very jumpy and keeps tellin me at the bottom that i need to update it...

Any ideas how to solve this much appreciated. thanks.
