Well, in all honesty it looks like your FRAPS is probably at half size mode. I saw your res is 1152x864, and I can't remember if that's one of the resolutions you need to have a dual core to film at without FRAPS going to half size mode (I'm fairly sure it isn't, but forgotten).
Try lowering to 1024x768, check the full size option, and try again to see how that looks.
Your frame rate looks pretty poor too, so perhaps you're pushing the machine too hard as it is anyway.
