I am having this issue as well. I have tried using FireFox with and without AdBlocker and NoScript. I tried using IE8. I tried using Google Chrome. None of them work. I do not use a firewall. I temporarily disabled my Kaspersky antivirus. Nothing worked.

I just get stuck with that bar looking like it's trying to load and nothing.
