I'm making a new warcraftmovie but i cannot seem to get a nice frame rate while recording.

Im running max warcraft settings @ 1680x1050, getting stable nice FPS ( over 60 says fraps ) But when i record it plummets to 20-30 and are alot of short pauses. Way to low to record a movie.

My computer is more than capable of recording such a game, If you want my computer spec's please write.
