Just a question as to which video format gives the best quality with the lowest file size. I have started using premiere pro to edit my videos, and i'm unsure as to which format to export as. And once i figure that out what kind of settings should i use for that format? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated (especially since the last video i uploaded was 900+mb and only 6 minutes run time).
