My original answer stands. Andexh is wrong on several levels.

1) WoW has a cap at 64 FPS for some machines, not because it's CPU intensive, which it isn't.
2) Hard drive speed is not the main factor.
3) GPU and CPU speed IS important, and I would say, the main factors.
