I have alot of favourites, including the one in thousand needles where you jump off the cliff. The one in the draenei starting area (level 8 or so) where you get to jump off a cliff with wings, you turn into a cat that is invisible and you get to go 150% in the water (really fun).
There is one in blades edge mountain too where you get thrown up and away... Lot's of others but I dont remember the specifics!
