If an author claims a movie is something which it is not, or if a movie is abusive or otherwise inappropriate, is there a way to report the movie for deletion?

For example, this "4 man Ragnaros" movie claims to be of a group of 4 people killing Rag when in fact it is a short clip of a guy calling people noobs and retards for believing it.
