Interesting ideas here Blacktrap. The script restricting people below 2 fame to rate is working as we like and we do believe most of them will have the maturity to make constructive posting when they reach 2 fame. Clear indicators for what the different variables means will be implemented shortly and we will continue to improve on the comment feature in the near future.
