I did it in WMV. I was under the impression that WMVs produced smaller size clips than MPEG.
What I think is happening is that it's doing 2 passes, which is why the initial bit rate setting is being doubled.
Is this native to a "bit rate VBR" ?? If so, is there any way I can change it?
