So a 5400 RPM external drive wouldnt make a huge difference from a 7200 rpm internal? Who are you trying to fool?
WoW has no cap as far as I know. Went to this net cafe today, got over 200 fps on their brand new computers. Turn vsync off properly if the fps seems to be limited.
GPU and CPU ARE important factors, noone said otherwise.
