We have done a lot of digging into this issue but so far we have not been able to find a solution that works 100% of the time for the BT users. One second it can work perfect but the next the speeds gets throttled. It mus be some kind of weird compatibility issue between BT and they way our downloads work. We will continue to work on this problem though.
