I am not entirely sure on that. in beta it is sped up for testing and blizzard replied on that.
Iv heard blizzard say that in BC they would like everyone to get to End-game so they can enjoy the new instances and other various things.
But I am not postative on this question.
My guess is that it might not be As long as 1-60 but it's not going to be easy to level.. but it's just a guess...
that question can't be answered in beta since it's sped up but if i hear anything else I will be sure to post
