Download Speeds On Premium Account

Hi,

I just moved house, about 20 miles from where I was living. I got a BT connection here, (previously Nildram) I now get around 10kb/s from the eu uk premium download on all files...

I tested filefront I get over 300kb/s from there, any insights guys?

Also on BT, Will not get higher speeds then 30kpbs. When I was on Virgin I was getting 500kpbs +.
