Slow Premium Speeds

I live in the UK and my ISP is BT.
I have their best package and my line is almost always at 7 - 8 MBit Down.

I've been experiencing very slow download speeds from the premium servers, anything from 40 kB/s right down to 5 - 10 kB/s.
I'm not sure if your download scripts are making BT throttle the connection like mad from your servers, but it only seems to be slow during some parts of the day or evening, after midnight/1am it's usually satisfactory (300+ kB/s).
I would love it if it actually went at 600 kB/s or more like Filefront and other free services usually achieve, since after all, I am paying for this -_-

Damn BT! When its something with the speed its usually BT :*

Please test the speed on:
http://wright.wcmprem.com/magifoo_pvp2.wmv

And compare to a "regular" download (directly after you tested the wright url)

340 - 420 kB/s with that URL/File.

Normal link (http://www.warcraftmovies.com/movieview.php?id=153045) from FR (Aragon) is at 20 - 40 kB/s right now, same for NL (Wright) and US (Pongo).

idd, BT are a pain sometimes.

I think the download script we are using is being filtered by BT for some reason. Ill see what we can do to by pass the script. In the mean time you can try Firefox and http://www.downthemall.net/ to accelerate downloads.

Can you do some tests here? (http, flash and torrent)

Still getting terrible speeds (less than 20 kB/s).
If it doesn't get fixed soon, I'll be cancelling my Premium Subscription.

Oh, as for those tests:

Bittorrent:
Your ISP appears to rate limit your uploads.
Details:
* Your ISP appears to rate limit your BitTorrent uploads. In our tests, uploads using control flows achieved up to 325 Kbps while uploads using BitTorrent achieved up to 30 Kbps.
* Your ISP appears to rate limit uploads on port 6881. In our tests, uploads on port 6881 achieved up to 325 Kbps while uploads on port 44860 achieved up to 29 Kbps.

There is no indication that your ISP rate limits your downloads.
^ That's wrong though, as I do notice a significant drop in torrent speeds during peak hours.

HTTP:

There is no indication that your ISP rate limits your downloads.

Details:
* There is no indication that your ISP rate limits your HTTP downloads. In our tests, downloads using control flows achieved up to 883 Kbps while downloads using HTTP achieved up to 892 Kbps.
* There is no indication that your ISP rate limits downloads on port 8080 or 42261. In our tests, downloads on port 8080 achieved up to 909 Kbps while downloads on port 42261 achieved up to 883 Kbps.

Streaming:

There is no indication that your ISP rate limits your downloads.
^ Possibly incorrect, since I notice 720p/1080p YT streams load a lot slower during peak hours, but that might not be due to throttling - could just be general network traffic since after all, it is peak hours xD

-

DownThemAll shouldn't be needed tbh
Its not very good anyway, the speed fluctuates so it takes just as long >_<

Thanks for your help so far (:
I really love the Premium Archives, would be sad to not use it
