WoW sound effects

I looked through my WoW file for the sound effects of charachters in WoW. I couldn't find any, is there a website or a folder I am not able to find to get them?

They are in the MPQs. You need to get WinMPQ in order to extract them from it.

So they will show up if I download WinMPQ in my WoW folder? Can you give me a link?

Its a program that you run and once you run it you will be able to open the MPQs and then extract the files.

I downloaded it, but everytime I try to run it, it says it is missing a file..
