Can't upload movie.

Hello, I am trying to upload a movie to Warcraftmovies.com, but it seems the upload thing is stuck on 0%. Can anyone tell me what might be the problem?

Okay so... I might have found my problem.

My file is 5gig. It's only 24 minutes. Can anyone please explain how I could put a large file on the web? or if not, convert it in smaller one?

i followed this tutorial on how to render in sony vegas; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QxUTShe4_E8

the lenght of my video is 15mins, and it's only 351mb

quality seems good aswell
