Approved movie?!

Hey! I recently uploaded my feral druid pvp video last night to warcraft movies, and I noticed this morning it got approved a few hours ago.

When I look at the ETA it says 21 hours!

But when I was uploading it it said the max it could take is 24 hours, and it has already been 12 hours!

Is it always like this or am I unlucky?

Sorry if this is a stupid question!

Edit: The ETA just keeps going up and up, now it is 28 hours.
