CPU or GPU upgrade?
which will give me better performance with fraps? i have enough to buy a new motherboard and an athlon X2 3800+ processor OR a 7600GT. right now i have a athlon 64 3200+ and a radeon 9800PRO with 1.5 gigs of RAM.
