Help with Movie editing

Hello, i would like to get started with making som small wow movies.
But im noob in the area and i dont know any thing about editing, i have the programs, Sony Vegas pro 9 and windows movie maker (vista version) and i use fraps to record. if you know any tutorial on how to get started for a noob like me
