Game Resolution question

Hey all! My friend and I plan on making a Double POV video. We are making sure we set our game resolutions the same so that it doesn't interfere with the movie quality. However, my question is, his operating system is windows xp while mine is windows vista. Will that cause any problems in our finished product?

Shouldn't. Lets hope your comps can run at the same FPS as well though. Its annoying going from a good fps segment in a movie to a slower fps segment.
