I want to transfer some files but...

As the titles suggests, I am planning to transfer some files to my arena 2v2 teammate, we thought it would be fun to make a little movie out of the clips I made, and if not, he wants to see them

However, the files that fraps made out of the fights are too fricking big for just about anything, even filefront, is there some way I can get them to "loose weight" without destroying the quality too much?
