Uploading Thumbail picture

Hey everyone, I've made a movie and want to upload a thumbnail for the video. I see where I can do it and everything but you can only upload ones that are 50 KB. I have a 0.98 MB picture that I want on there that I took with fraps and I'd like to know how I can make it smaller?

Any help appreciated
