Error. Reupload movie.
Hi folks,
Last Thursday (06/14/2007) I uploaded a movie (Luminous2.avi, profile ID=41805) which appeared to upload successfully, and was showing an uploaded and awaiting moderator review status. This persisted until now, Monday (06/18/2007), where it now reports "Error. Reupload movie." I have ruled out an issue with the movie file itself, as it has been watched by a few people I know, and is functional on filefront and already approved through their submit to filefront approval process. http://files.filefront.com/Luminous+.../fileinfo.html Any assistance you can lend would be appreciated. Thanks! |

hmm It doesn't say it's ben removed it could of ben a bug it happens sometimes. Even though the movie itself doesn't have anything wrong with it sometimes it still get's errors.. I'd say reupload it again and see what happens.

Will I be able to retain my position in the queue if I reupload?

I attempted a reupload, however, when I checked in on it, the browser window was showing "Page cannot be displayed". When I hit reload, the uploader screen came up saying that "Upload finished - Luminous 2
Your uploaded movie will be reviewed within the next 24h. You will receive an email when the movie has been approved. Thank you for your patience." however I have to doubt that it did indeed upload correctly. The status is still showing error/reupload. Are you experiencing issues receiving files on your end? Is it possible to get an FTP site to upload to directly instead of the web interface, or perhaps have you download from my side? Thanks for the help. |

We have been experience some issues with our ftp and your movie not sticking on to the ID might be a result of this, I'll take it home manually and sort it for you myself, PM me if it isn't live by tomorrow.
