i followed all the settings and i got amazing quality but 1 thing an 11minute video is 327mb, i cant tell if thats correct or not? if its not is there a way i can reduce it.

I just watched a Nihilum video and that quality was on a scale of 10 a 10/10 and mine i would say is 8/10. I record at 1440x900 Widescreen(19") and that is over the resolution required for non-duel core, but every other widescreen resolution i try to set i get crap quality in-game. Any help?
