Upload Problem

1. I Fill out the Information required
2. Get to Step 3, Click "Upload"
3. Click "Browse".
4. Find my desired File.
5. Click "Submit".
6. Wait half an hour for it to Finish Uploading
7. Come back its at 100% and then it goes to "Cannot Display Webpage."

---- Any Suggestions or Advice on how I can Fix this Problem?
