Hoping for some Help...

I know this is likely not the best place to ask for help regarding this issue, but since it's mainly this website where I am experiencing it, I would like to start here and see if anyone is able to offer some assistance.

I recently got a new computer and am running on vista for the first time, quite alot of changes lol. I didn't think there would be an issue, however when I try and download movies from this website, just about 70-80% will not display. I can get the sound to work just fine, however, there is no video whatsoever. I am not exactly heavily computer savvy, and was just wondering if anyone would have a clue as to why I am having this issue. I never had this issue with XP.
