Well, I personally like rock or metal kind of stuff...but I think a very good soundtrack to listen to is the one from Tony hawk's underground nš 1, contains lots of metal and rap with cool beats including Rise Against, In Flames, Jane's Addiction, etc...

So yeah, here are my favourite songs&artists:

In Flames: probably Cloud Connected, My Sweet Shadow and Reroute To Remain are the best for PvPing but I think any of them all works.

Soilwork: Stabbing the Drama, Figure Number Five, Rejection Role, Nerve, The Crestfallen and Weapon of Vanity.

Children of Bodom: Pretty much any song... but specially Knuckleduster, Downfall, Wrath Within and Needled 24/7

Two magical songs from Soil: Halo and Breaking Me Down

Rob Zombie: Dragula, Superbeast, Scum of The Earth, Let it all bleed out...

Lordi: Blood Red Sandman

A few songs by Pillar (Frontline, Echleon, Holding On...) Sum41 (The Hell Song, No Reason, Open your eyes...) and Lost Prophets (Burn burn, I Don't Know, We Still Kill The Old Way)

Linkin Park: Figure.09, One Step Closer, etc..

Ill Niņo: Corazon of Mine, What Comes Around....

Everlast: What it's Like

Drowning Pool: Step Up, Killing Me, Break You, Let The Bodies Hit The Floor....

Disturbed: Voices, Glass Shatters, Dropping Plates, Stricken, Are You Breathing, Decadence, Avarice, Violence, Son of a Plunder, Remember, Mistress, Breathe....

Some random songs in groups including the ones in tony hawk's underground I mentioned before, Kalmah, Breaking Benjamin, Sepultura, Fear Factory, Megaherz, Katatonia, Darkest Hour, Immortal, Adema, Oomph!, Heavenwood, Limp Bizkit, Sr. 71, Hoobastank, Earshot, E Nomine,
Dead Can Dance, Crossfade, 36 Crazyfists..

I'm sure it'll become a long list of PvP music for all the people that look up this thread, if someone finds a group/song that fits my style please post

(Which is my style? figure out by listening to what I just Posted >.<).

artists

Mostly trance or techno, anything with Tiesto, Cosmic Gate, Mauro Picotto, Infected Mushrooms, Michel Woods, Energy 52 (Cafe del Mar <3), Armin van Burn, Paul van Dyke, and sometimes Kai Tracid. Also listen to a lot of not-so-well-known DJs who made 1-2 good tunes.

Non-trance i listen to Spineshank, Celldweller, Rob Zombie and Static X. I watch lots of pvp vids so i mostly hear 1 song with a band that i like from som1's vid the download their CDs and hope the rest is as good. The Black Mages are also really good but only a Final Fantasy fan would like those (especially J-E-N-O-V-A and Otherworld).

It's really hard to choose the music to go with your video. IMO i find rap not to go well with a PvP video. I find music such as Atreyu, In Flames, MCR (sarotti ftw). Any catchy song with a decent sound makes a PvP video 10 times better.

and to the person who mentioned protest the hero...WORDUP
