Adobe after Effects question

Using after effects can you generate the "quake" effect, for example when someone crits the screen shakes for a few seconds. If so what is it under i am unable to find it at all.

Perhaps you could even tell me the Effects + presets name. thanks

You can do that quite easily with the Position using key frames.

Look here for a preset from Andrew Kramer.
