Nerf = Make something worse.
Reduce stats from 10 to 9 on an item for example, that's a nerf. Something is too good, and should be nerfed.

Imba = Imbalanced

Too good and needs a nerf. ^^

Well didn't they give mages full NW on test server and like no frostfire ?

From what I know there hasn't been any release of premade dungeon lvl 70 chars yet. You can still only transfer your own chars.
