Format Help I think?

Hi this is my first post here and was wondering if anyone could help me out with a problem I have been having, Below are two of my movies both edited in Sony Vegas 7.0. I just upgraded to 8.0 and have rendered a few movies and uploaded them to Youtube and they all have the same black bars around the video as you can see in the links below. If anyone knows a way to fix it so the movie spreads out and fills the box, the help would be greatly appreciated.
