Fraps -> Pinnacle rendering quality

Hello, so I recently bought fraps and I used it a few days ago to fraps our illhoof fight in WoW. So I used Pinnacle as my video software editing tool and whenever I try to edit it at first and put it into the time line thing it gives me this "You have added a video clip to this project that uses a non - standard video frame rate. This may cause Av-sync during movie making" First off what does that mean, sorry not a veteran at this stuff. Also when I watch the fraps movie the quality is great I can read the chat and such however when I render the finished movie to an avi the quality is a lot worse, is there a way to fix this? I use fraps at full-Size and at 30 fps. Thanks in advance.
