Fraps quality

Hi!
I've got a problem with my fraps.
When I'm recording in-game, the quality of the recorded .avi file is terrible.
How can I fix this? I got the registred version of fraps aswell.
Cause I never had this problem with fraps before and the quality were superb.

Check what framerate you record in and maybe you need to lower your ingame settings?

I'am running the record in 30fps and I tried diffrent resolutions and video settings, still same problem. I run Windows Vista premium 64-bit so can that make fraps run bad?
