Video Upload Problem

Hey i´m new here and would like to upload a video, the problem is i don´t realy know how.

The upload Button at the top of the Page isn´t clickable for me, so is there just a problem on the page or do i something wrong?

Strange. It works fine for me. What browser do you use?

I have tried Firefox and IE(32 and 64bit version), i also tried to use another computer and i have still the problem that i`m unable to click the button ^^
In IE the Button is overlayed by the Ads and in Firefox it seams to be just an image.
