How do I get better rendering quality??

Hello, I have recorded a wow movie and the fraps movie itself is good quality however when I try and edit it in pinnacle it gives me this error "You have added a video clip to this project that uses a non - standard video frame rate. This may cause Av-sync during movie making" and then when I upload it to stage 6 the quality is just crap compared to other movies and what it was when it was first fraps. I record at 30 fps. Any tips or anything how to get better quality, and also what does You have added a video clip to this project that uses a non - standard video frame rate. This may cause Av-sync during movie making mean? Thanks a lot!

Vandalist is notable
1) Use sony vegas for editing, trust me.
2) Record at 50, or if possible, 60 fps.
3) Stage 6 keeps your movie near the quality it's at, which is why its called a high-quality stream, because streams like google or yourtube cut the quality down by like 30% to convert it to their flash codecs for fast loading for their users.

av sync means if you record audio aswell as video they may not remain synced when imported into pinnacle (audio where its not supposed to be).

Like vandalist said, vegas is your best bet.
