Xvid render help.

When rendering with xvid 2 pass at 5500 the quality is pretty bad for some reason. A 13 minute video ended up being 1.1 gigs. This is what the quality looked like.

This also seems to happen when i render with WMV(I did Quality at 93%).

I use vegas 7 and vista. Any help?

Do you fraps at full or half size?

If its half size then the bad quality (which isnt because of xvid, its because the image is pixelated and/or stretched) is because you set your project settings to 1280x1024 when they should be 640x512 or some such.

If its full size... then email sony and whine *stealideafromguyabove*

I fraps at full size 1280x1024. This is really a vista problem I think. Two weeks ago when I used XP it would render fine with the same settings. Not sure whats up now. I fixed the bad quality though, i set it to 4000 and the quality was great but it was still the exact same file size.
