Which HW should i upgrade first for biggest improvement in fraps performance ?

Current specs:

Athlon 64 @ 2ghz
1gig a-data ram (333, 2.5)
MSI K8MM3-V motherboard
Inno3D "Tornado" Geforce FX5700 128mb (core@425mhz, mem@500mhz) 64-bit
HDD is Maxtor DiamondMax 250gb 8mb IDE

Running WoW at 1024x768, all shaders/bumpmaps disabled, lowest terrain distance, texture details etc. Antialiasing and stuff disabled in my card settings. That way iam getting 25-50fps ingame when not frapsing. When i start frapsing (30fps, halfsize, no sound) im getting 10-20fps which is not very comfortable and combined with the output being only 512x384 makes it not worth trying. Fullsize recording or increasing resolution results in unplayable performance.

So i was wondering which hw upgrade would buff the performance the most in my situation. Cant afford more than one piece atm. I personally think that new gfx card should do it.

Thanks for any advice
