problems with rendering

So, lately i have started frapsing and editing our guilds boss kills.

The problem is that afrer rendering my movies they are "laggy" like.. image stops for 0.5sec every 5sec or so and its really annoying.

While frapsing my movies i allways have 15-40 fps and no "lagg" at all, even the non rendered BIG fraps files are perfect wihtout any lagg.

Today i tryed out and discovered that my movies dosent "lagg" anymore if i change quality from best to good and from 1028x1024 to 800x600 but the quality is totally fucked up, in all the nihilim / curse etc pve movies i see they are using same "best" options and they dosent have same lagg as i do, so what could be wrong?

here's one of my movies: http://files.filefront.com/Hybrosswm.../fileinfo.html

Well, it has a tendency to turn out laggy when youre not recording with a stable fps, but sure.

Could you please try making a short (20 secs ish) clip, then upload both the compressed and uncompressed one to filefront? Thank you

edit: It's Hydross btw, with a d
