With a bit of .... help

Ok guys i have fraps and my WMM (Windows Movie Maker) ready...
I record some stuff with fraps 30fps full size etc...
The result is 1min video allmost 1 GB size and perfect ofc like ingame quality.

After i enter the video to WMM and just save it with the BEST quality (i tried every single one) the video is very very low quality...

I would like to tell me a way to lower the fraps video result to a resonable video size with ingame quality as all videos around...

Try encoding with Xvid, look at the sticky of Thiras's thread on here.
