Need Some HELP with the movie quality and size!!!

Ok so i try to make a pvp movie but is my 1st time so i don't realy know how to make good quality but .... still i frapsed with 30 fps full screen 1280x720 resolution and i compresed like this guide say http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=InTjGBIg-yg but as you can see watch the quality and the size is preaty big aswell http://www.wegame.com/watch/quality-movie-test-555wmv/ size is 20.2 MB for about 15 sec of video
So what should i do to make better quality and maby size i have no ideea
And also pls can you tell me a good website where i can upload my video to test and ...
